Responsible for assisting the head coach in carrying out the (new) soccer program at Hesston High School.  This role includes, but is not limited to, the functions listed below. 

Note:  Various teaching positions are also available in the district.

- Conducting practices

- Teaching and reinforcing fundamental skills and rules of the game, as governed by KSHSAA

- Promoting fair play and proper sportsmanship

- Completing administrative duties

- Taking care of sports equipment

- Planning coaching sessions

- Motivating and mentoring athletes

- Resolving team issues

- Cooperating with school teachers and administrators

- Communicating with families

Responsible to Activities Director

Salary based on qualified experience; assigned from supplemental salary schedule
