This position is open until filled.

This position will support students and teachers at Hesston Elementary School with academic needs, professional development, and the Title One program.  A valid Kansas teaching license is required.

The Instructional Coach:

Oversees the Title 1 Program, intervention support, and provides training for interventionists;

Maintains/Submits the Title 1 Plan;

Provides coaching to teachers on instruction and student data;

Provides and supports staff development at the building level;

Oversees the use of Fastbridge at the building level;

Analyzes building level data;

Organizes building volunteers;

Organizes Dial 4 Kindergarten training/screening/enrollment;

Serves as a member of the Building Leadership Team/District Leadership Team;

Sets up the computer/keyboarding classes and monitors programming; and

Completes other duties as assigned by administration.
