This position is open until filled.

Responsible for assisting the Head/8th Grade Middle School Football Coach in organizing and carrying out the football program at Hesston Middle School.  This role includes, but is not limited to, the following functions:

- Conducting practices

- Teaching and reinforcing fundamental skills and rules of the game

- Promoting fair play and proper sportsmanship

- Taking care of sports equipment

- Motivating and mentoring athletes

- Resolving team issues

- Cooperating with school teachers and administrators

- Communicating with families

Responsible to Activities Director

Salary based on qualified experience; assigned from supplemental salary schedule
